Joseph brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a career marked by leadership, regulatory expertise, and a strong commitment to financial integrity. He currently serves as Vice President and Regulatory Quality Control Manager at a major banking institution, where he oversees compliance standards and quality assurance within regulatory processes. Over the course of his career, Joseph has gained extensive experience in several key areas of the mortgage and banking industry, including underwriting, mortgage underwriting, mortgage processing, and mortgage banking operations.

In addition to his professional career in finance, Joseph has devoted significant time to teaching and mentoring others in the area of Biblical financial stewardship. For more than ten years, he has taught Biblical Finance, equipping individuals and families with practical, Scripture-based principles for managing their resources wisely. His teaching emphasizes personal financial counseling as well as marriage-focused financial guidance, helping couples build stronger relationships through sound financial practices rooted in Biblical truth.

Joseph is passionate about helping others achieve both financial responsibility and spiritual growth. Through his teaching and counseling, he seeks to encourage individuals and families to honor God in their financial decisions and to experience greater unity, stability, and purpose in their lives.

Outside of his professional and teaching responsibilities, Joseph considers his greatest blessing to be his family. He is happily married to the love of his life, and together they are raising three wonderful children.
